By accessing or using the services provided by CadenceFlow AI, you're agreeing to be bound by these legal terms. We offer a suite of tools ranging from predictive analytics to intelligent music composition; use of any of these implies your consent. If you don't agree? Then you shouldn't use our platforms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at our discretion. You'll usually see a notification on your dashboard when this happens.
2. Use of AI and Orchestration Services
Our services include complex data orchestration and process optimization. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you feed into our AI models complies with UK data protection laws. Our algorithms work hard, but they rely on the quality and legality of your input.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
Audio Rights: Specialized terms apply to our music composition tools.
3. Intellectual Property
Who owns the output? At CadenceFlow AI, we believe in empowering creators. While we own the underlying models and code, the specific data insights and musical compositions generated through your unique parameters are generally yours to utilize, subject to your subscription tier.
However, you may not reverse-engineer our proprietary automation logic. That's our secret sauce.

5. Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CadenceFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. AI is a powerful tool, but it is not infallible. We provide our services on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.
